The feedback provided by this form gives us an opportunity to grow as public speakers. For this reason, it is critical that as an active listener we commend the speaker on what the presenter did well in their speech by giving them high points and provide constructive criticism in assigning lower points in areas where improvement is needed.

1. Grab audience attention immediately at the beginning of speech.
2. Built the need for a Solution with ever increasing evidence of a problem with credible and named sources (minimum of three). 3. Had three (3) potential solutions to problem/need ending with the ONE and Best Solution. 4. Brought the audience into THE SOLUTION through story, rhetoric, and persuasion techniques. 5. Specific call-to-action.
